Certified, experienced health coaches guide individuals toward making their health more of a priority.  The focus of this program is to set realistic goals by providing the right education and tools to support a healthier lifestyle.

Personal Health Assessment

A series of health questions that an individual completes to present a clear snapshot of their current health profile.

Outreach and coaching to participants that have out-of-range results from a health screening.

Primary Care Physician Screening Program

Process and report health screening results from an individual’s Primary Care Physician.

Ease and convenience of diabetic supplies shipped directly to an individual’s home with no copays.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Short-term counseling with a specific number of sessions either in person or telephonically.

Managed Behavioral Healthcare Program

Experienced clinicians coordinate mental health and/or substance abuse referrals to ensure proper follow-through on their treatment.

Worklife Services

Consultation, resource and referrals for issues including, but not limited to eldercare, childcare, and special needs.

Critical Incident Stress Debriefing

Available 24/7 to coordinate and respond to incidents such as robberies, violence, construction or manufacturing accidents, reductions in force, and employee deaths.
